 New York
 Leonardo Siqueira

Many protestants got out on streets of New York last month, December 28th, to ask the end of attacks in Gaza. At least, the incident killed 300 people. There are also other 1400 people who were hurt by the bombs. It was the worst attack of Israel against Palestine in 40 years. Ativists and manifestants occupied part of the 5th Avenue, one of the main streets in New York. The police separeted part of that street, and the traffic was low on the avenue. According to the leaders of the moviment, the goal of the “Funeral Procession” was to honor the victims of attacks on Gaza.

We are here to show anger. So this shout: free, free, Palestine! Laughter, laughter. Free, free, Palestine! [echo: free, free, Palestina]. And the occupation no! [And the occupation no].

On July, Brazil had 18, 5 millions users that accessed the Internet at their homes. The number also is 3, 5% bigger comparing with June of 2008. Besides that, the Brazilian Internet users stayed connected 1 hour and 42 minutes more than June.

L.S – The Internet, now, isn’t a privilege for a few people. The access to World Wide Web is popularized. Wherever you go, is possible to have Internet access: by Wireless, WiFi or in Libraries. Instead, a lot of people still believe in the creativity of their sons.  “He knows a lot of things. You must see how he uses the computer”, say many parents. To filter the content still is a challenge to most parents and educators. In some cases, the exposition to erotic content is accidental. It was what published the New Hampshire University. The objective of the study was to consider the exposition to improper content among adolescents with 10 even 17 years old. Five years before the first Survey made in 1999 e 2000, the results were surprising: 34% of young Internet users had access to erotic sites in accidental way. 51% of the adolescents were girls.
